My attack on him follows his RoE, which in this case there isn't a RoE to begin with. So I'm not breaking his RoE at all cause there isn't one. To me, it means he plays by free for all rules.
His attack on my land follow the guild RoE, that's correct.
If instead, the guild's RoE applies to his attack on my land. He can counter for all my attacks on him if he wants to. I can give him a total of 8 counters for my attacks according to our guild RoE or I can give the affected mage a NAP, I'm alright with it.
